NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Officials with the National Weather Service said 20 tornadoes touched down across the mid-state early Wednesday morning. Eighteen of the tornadoes were in Middle Tennessee, while two others were in Christian County, Kentucky. As of Tuesday, damage survey teams confirmed the tornadoes, that ranged anywhere from EF-0 to EF-2. The two EF-2 tornadoes struck Hickman County and Wilson County.
